HPC Help Desk - Important Notice to Users

As of 1730 ET on Monday, 23 March 2020, the HPC Help Desk will be following social distancing procedures to ensure the health and safety of the staff. This means that the HPC Help Desk will have limited access to facilities until at least 6 April 2020.

During this time, the Help Desk WILL NOT have access to phone lines or to voicemail. We are working to make phone access available, and will keep users informed of our progress. Please contact us via email at help@helpdesk.hpc.mil if you need assistance. Technicians will still be available from 0800 to 2000 ET, and will still follow all Service Level Agreements.

New accounts will still be completed within 48 hours. Please ensure you contact us via email ASAP if you are an S/AAA and your user needs their YubiKey sent to an address other than the address listed in the Portal to Information Environment (pIE).
